The person behind the process
Neuro-Affirming Therapy for High-Achievers
My Story
Lived Experience Meets Clinical Expertise
I’m Ezekiel (they/them). I’m a relationship anarchist, autistic, and ADHD. I see these as neurotypes, not disorders—identities that deeply inform the way I hold space for you. My goal is to provide neuro-affirming therapy where you feel seen, heard, and understood in a way that is rare to find. Whether we are navigating LGBTQ neurodivergent support or the nuances of poly-affirming relationship design, my process is collaborative, intersectional, and rooted in the belief that your differences make you beautiful.
While counseling is my calling, it wasn’t my first life. I spent years in the IT world before realizing my true passion lay in the ‘human’ side of transformational processes. That background gives me a unique lens for the high-achieving neurodivergent adults I now support; I understand the internal architecture of navigating complex, high-pressure environments. I coupled that real-world experience with formal training at the University of Florida to bring both empathy and clinical expertise into our sessions.
I provide neuro-affirming therapy throughout the state of Florida via telehealth, with an anchor for in-person sessions in Gainesville. I also extend this specialized support to clients in Delaware, South Carolina, and Vermont. Wherever you are located in these states, your goals and where you are minute-to-minute in session remain the priority.
“It’s the relationship that heals.”
Collaborative & Affirming
I don’t just “tolerate” differences; I celebrate them. My process is deeply collaborative, meaning your goals and where you are minute-to-minute guide our sessions. I provide specialized, poly-affirming relationship therapy for those navigating polycules, relationship anarchy, or solo polyamory, as well as those exploring gender identity or living as a sexual outsider. This is a space where you won’t have to spend half your session educating your therapist about your lived experience, identities, or lifestyle.
The Clinical Toolkit
While the therapeutic relationship is paramount, having the right tools is essential. I pull from a robust clinical background—including training at UF Health’s Anxiety/OCD clinic—to provide LGBTQ neurodivergent support that actually works for your brain. I integrate evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with Somatic Therapy Tools to help you safely discover new depths within yourself.
